We have an older hot tub we bought 2nd hand and they are still very helpful helping us get and replacement parts we need without overselling. One part in particular that is possibly starting to act up and will cost us $250 to replace they could have recommended replacing it now but instead recommended just waiting to see if it fails completely which could be 2 or 3 years down the road. It's not a safety issue nor a repair requiring us to drain it or make it unusable til it's repaired so we've decided to wait. With our lack of knowledge they could easily oversell us but instead they help educate us in all aspects of repairs and servicing. They offered to come out to winterize it or explain how we could winterize it ourselves. I trust them completely with all aspects of our hot tub.
