I got into a car accident earlier this year. It was an awful experience. Two different employees at this branch treated me with such kindness, competence and humanity--I am so grateful. There were several odd things that came up in dealing with insurance. They explained what was happening to me throughout and went to bat for me with the insurance company to speed the process. They could have just done their job. They went above and beyond.
